Monthly Subscription Services

Cybersecurity Solutions – $129/month
Network Security – $99/month

Hourly Service

IT Consulting – $79/hour

Per Project Services

Software Development – $799/project
E-Commerce Solutions – $599/project

Note: All services include features and deliverables as detailed on our website under each service category. Custom solutions or additional features may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

Payments for one-time and project-based services are due upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Monthly subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Hourly services will be billed based on time tracked and invoiced weekly or upon completion.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Monthly services may be cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
One-time and project-based service payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a service is delayed due to client inaction (e.g., missing files or feedback), Pragmatic Link Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel with partial billing.

4. Service Delivery

We are committed to delivering services on time and to specification. Timelines will be outlined clearly before work begins.
Pragmatic Link Services is not responsible for delays caused by third-party tools, software, or client inaction.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all project deliverables, designs, and code will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

While we strive for the highest quality, Pragmatic Link Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
All services are provided “as-is” unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any changes.
