We stand by the quality of our services. If you are dissatisfied with a new purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment (credit/debit card) or by direct bank deposit.

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed by our internal management. Please note that refunds are issued at our discretion and are not guaranteed in every case.
We generally issue refunds under the following circumstances:
If you do not receive your product due to issues with your email provider or mail server, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Failure to notify us within this period will result in the product being considered successfully delivered.
If you’re unable to download or unzip a product, reach out to our Technical Support Department within 30 days. If we do not receive communication within this time, we will assume the issue was resolved and no refund will be offered under this reason.
While all services are tested for quality, unforeseen errors may occur. If a critical issue is identified, our technical team will attempt to resolve it within 72 hours. If we are unable to do so, a full refund or equivalent replacement may be issued. Please note: Temporary server access may be requested for diagnostics. Refusal to provide access may void eligibility for a refund.
If the delivered service does not match the description on our website, contact us within 30 days. Clear proof is required to support your claim. Refunds will not be granted for misunderstandings, unmet personal expectations, or change of mind.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Failure to provide sufficient cooperation or access for issue resolution
Dissatisfaction due to subjective opinion not supported by clear product defects
Project cancellations after work has already begun (unless otherwise agreed)
Access to our services is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will delete the information and cancel any associated orders immediately.
